Introducing Environmental Product Declarations

Making the environmental impact of our products visible and verifiable is a key part of our sustainability efforts.

Each Environmental Product Declaration, EPD is based on independent verification of the product’s environmental performance. It describes the environmental impact throughout the entire life cycle – from raw materials and production to use and end-of-life management – including data on energy use, emissions and resource consumption. The purpose is to provide our customers with transparent, comparable and reliable information to support more sustainable choices.

The declarations are based on Life Cycle Assessments, LCA carried out in accordance with international standards and are verified by independent third parties in line with ISO 14025. This ensures high data quality, traceability and comparability between products.

Our ongoing work to develop Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for our product groups clearly demonstrates our long-term commitment to both sustainability and quality. By providing clear and reliable environmental information, we create confidence for our customers and reinforce trust in the products we deliver.

All declarations are published through EPD Norway (EPD Global) and are also available here on our website for easy download.
