Description

Plenum with circular duct connection for wall mounted supply air diffusers. The box is primarily designed for mounting with diffuser fronts BRD (nozzles) or BRG (grille).

BRL (version b) contains a measuring rod and a removable commissioning damper.

The box is supplied with two duct connection options, rear connection (BRL-B) and side connection (BRL-S).

Additionally the box features a telescopic frame function for precise mounting of the diffuser front.

Materials

• Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, internally insulated with washable and sound-absorbing material made of 100% recycled, non-allergenic, hydrophobic PET.

Mounting

• The plenum is intended for installation with a BRD or BRG diffuser front.

• The diffuser front is attached to the plenum with clip springs.

• The plenum is equipped with a removable commissioning damper (version b)

• The plenum is either delivered in a version with rear duct connection (BRL-B) or side connection (BRL-S).

• The plenum features a detachable insert that consists of a distribution plate with a telescopic frame that is adjustable (0-50 mm) depthwise and secured with a screw in the box casing.

• The duct socket of the plenum is connected to a circular duct and can be installed directly after a bend. When installed after a T-piece, a straight stretch of duct, corresponding to 4 x the duct diameter, is required to achieve accurate measuring.
