DRTI-TK

Main features

• Square ceiling diffuser for supply air
• Adjustable nozzles for flexible air distribution patterns
• Cleanable commissioning box with eco-friendly insulation
• DRT for fixed suspended ceilings.
• DRTI for modular ceiling systems

Description

• Supply air diffuser with adjustable nozzles for most types of premises where flexible air distribution is desired.

• The diffuser is normally installed in a cleanable commissioning box (plenum) type TK, which contains measuring tubes and commissioning damper.

• DRT/DRTI can be supplied with a tangential diffusion pattern unless otherwise specified when ordering.

• The diffusion pattern can easily be changed afterwards.

• The diffuser can also be installed without a commissioning box. Commissioning must then be made with a separate damper.

• DRT is intended for installation in fixed suspended ceilings.

• DRTI is intended for flush installation in false ceilings (modular ceiling systems, 595x595 mm).

Commissioning box/plenum – TK
(Ø dim. diffuser side-duct side, mm)

• TK – 1 step*):

160-125
200-160
250-200
315-250

250-160
315-200
400-250

*) The term step refers to the size ratio between the box's connection dimensions:
– 1 step = A difference of 1 duct dimension between the box's diffuser side connection and duct side connection, e.g. 160-125.
– 2 step = = A difference of 2 duct dimensions between the box's diffuser side connection and duct side connection, e.g. 160-100.
– 0 step = = No difference between the box's diffuser side connection and duct side connection, e.g. 160-160.

• DRT/DRTI: Frame and front face made of powder-coated galvanised sheet steel with nozzles made of PP plastic in white RAL standard colour. Other colours are available.

• TK: Hot-dip galvanised steel sheet, internally insulated with washable and surface-coated sound absorber made of 100% recycled, non-allergenic, hydrophobic PET plastic material.

• The diffuser is connected directly to the commissioning box.

• The socket between the diffuser and the commissioning box can be extended with a circular duct. If the extension exceeds 500 mm, the measuring hose and damper cords must be extended.
• When installing in a suspended ceiling, accessory MN can be used to extend the socket by 40 mm.

• The commissioning box is connected to a circular duct and can be installed directly after a bend.
• When installed after a T-piece, a straight section corresponding to 4 x the diameter is required.

• The front face of the diffuser can be easily opened using, e.g. credit card sized plastic card, which allows for easy installation and maintenance.
