Description

• In VAV/DCV system ControlAir BAS/SYS:

– As a wall-mounted presence sensor with 90° detection.

• In laboratory system ControlAir uLAB:

– The proximity/occupancy sensor NUBS can be used to reduce the front speed of fume hoods when there are no people in front of the hood alt. cupboard. This will result in additional energy savings.

– The sensor can be placed on the front of the fume hood or centrally in the room. One sensor can be connected to several fume hood controllers. Sensor type NUBS consists of a sensor part and a wall bracket for mounting.

• The sensor reacts to differences in heat and movement in relation to the surroundings.
• The sensor is most sensitive when movements (direction of walking) occur obliquely or across its "rays".
• Avoid placement in direct sunlight and close to heat sources, e.g. stoves, radiators, ventilation systems.
