Description
• Rectangular eggcrate grille for extract air with buiit-in filter for all types of premises where dust and particles are generated.
• The product is suitable for facilities with filtration requirements, e.g. clean rooms, laboratories, hospitals or other types of safety ventilation.
• The grille is supplied with a choice of filter, coarse filter EU4 or medium filter EU5 (ePM10).
• The front of the grille opens with hinges, which simplifies maintenance.
Delivery form
• RAM: Mounting frame for rectangular products is included in delivery unless specifically excluded when ordering.
• Filter type: If filter type is not specified when ordering, the product will be delivered with a standard EU4 coarse filter.

• E5F: Eggcrate grille made of aluminium with filter frame made of hot-dip galvanised steel sheet in white RAL standard colour.
• RAM: Mounting frame for rectangular products made of galvanised sheet steel.
• E5F has a rectangular connection spigot and is primarily intended for installation in walls or rectangular ducts, but can also be installed in ceilings or window sills.
• E5 is installed using mounting frame RAM (accessory) for rectangular products.
• The mounting frame has pre-drilled holes (Ø6 mm) and is secured with screws or pop rivets.
• The product is attached to the frame with a clip function.
• When installed as an extract air grille, the available pressure must be measured with a balancing/commissioning damper installed in the duct.
• Airflow is measured using a hot-wire instrument, spigot-mounted anemometer, probe-based pressure drop measurement, or equivalent methods.
