• Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, internally insulated with washable and sound-absorbing material made of 100% recycled, non-allergenic, hydrophobic PET.
• The inlet of the plenum, is connected to a circular duct.
• A supply air plenum can be mounted directly after a bend. When mounting after a T-piece, a straight section corresponding to 4 x diameter is required in order to achieve the required measuring accuracy.
• The diffuser is connected into the outlet socket of the plenum.
• The diffuser and box are delivered separately.
• The distance between the diffuser and the plenum can be extended with circular duct. If the total distance exceeds 500 mm, extension of the measuring hoses and damper cords is also required.
Commissioning
• The plenum is equipped with two damper cords for adjusting the angle of the damper and two hoses for measuring the air volume.
• The required air volume is adjusted by pulling the damper cords. Black cord (BK) closes the damper, white cord (WH) opens the damper.
• The air volume is measured using the measuring hoses connected to the measuring rod in the inlet.
• Both hoses must be used for measurement. The red (PK) hose is connected to plus (+) and the blue (BU) hose to minus (–) on the pressure gauge.
• Measurement must be carried out with a calibrated measuring instrument.
• The commissioning pressure is measured with the diffuser front mounted.
• After commissioning, the damper cords are tied together in a knot, so that the damper can be returned to the commissioned position by simply stretching the cords, e.g. after maintenance and cleaning.
